Nikita Tszyu Set To Make Professional Boxing Debut In Brisbane on March 2nd
No Limit had a massive year in 2021. Looking forward into 2022, things are shaping up to be even bigger with some major announcements and epic events planned that will pack a real punch.
Kicking off 2022 with one of the most exciting prospects in boxing. No Limit welcomes Nikita Tszyu to the world boxing stage as he will make his highly anticipated professional debut.
Nikita will headline a star-studded card at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on Wednesday, 2 March. 24-year-old Tszyu will square off with unbeaten super-welterweight Aaron Stahl in a card that will also feature world ranked Australian fighters Dennis Hogan, Stevie Spark and Liam Wilson.
This marks the first step in Nikita’s quest to join brother Tim and father Kostya as pay-per-view megastars. Nikita is a four-time national amateur champion who has long been regarded as one of Australia’s most exciting boxing prospects.
“This has been a long time coming but I’m excited to finally make the transition to become a professional fighter” Tszyu said.
“I would like to thank George, Matt and the guys at No Limit Boxing for putting faith in me and can’t wait to get out there and put on a show on March 2”.
No Limit CEO, George Rose, was equally excited about the prospect of welcoming another Tszyu into his ever growing stable of professional boxers.
“Nikita really needs no introduction; his credentials speak for themselves, and we are super excited to be able to help him achieve his dreams of becoming a world champion” Rose said.
“The Tszyu name is synonymous with success, and I can’t wait to see this young man get in the ring and do what he does best”.
The fight will be broadcast live and free on Fox Sports, available on Foxtel or Kayo.
