Australia’s premier boxing promoter, No Limit Boxing, will end 2024 with an explosive event at The Star, Sydney on December 13, showcasing an exciting mix of emerging talent, title clashes, and the professional debut of one of the nation’s most promising athletes.

Callum “50 Cal” Peters, the 21-year-old Olympic standout from Adelaide, will make highly anticipated professional debut against a yet-to-be-confirmed opponent. Peters, whose relentless, machine-gun-like fighting style earned him the nickname “50 Cal,” is eager to begin his journey in the professional ranks following his controversial split-decision loss to world champion Nurbek Oralbay at the Paris 2024 Olympics. Peters is determined to prove his potential as Australia’s next boxing superstar.

No Limit Boxing CEO George Rose expressed his excitement about Peters’ debut on a stacked end-of-year card.

“Callum Peters is the future of Australian boxing,” said No Limit CEO George Rose.

“He’s got the heart, the skill, and a fan-friendly style that will light up any arena. He’s an absolute weapon in the ring. He’s non-stop action. Fans are going to see something special from him on Friday, December 13. It’s the start of an incredible journey to the very top, and we couldn’t be prouder to have him headline this card on debut.”

The card will also feature an impressive lineup of title fights. Jazzy Parr, daughter of combat sports icon John Wayne Parr, will take on Australian boxing legend “Shotgun” Shannon O’Connell for the IBF Inter-Continental Bantamweight Title. Parr’s precise power and technique and rapid rise will be tested against O’Connell’s experience and grit, promising an intense, action-packed showdown that could rival the recent epic Katie Taylor-Amanda Serrano II clash.

The Australian Heavyweight Title will also be on the line as Toese “The Boss” Vousiutu returns from injury to take on the heavy-handed Steven Ivic. Vousiutu, known for his knockout power and imposing presence, is looking to reclaim his place among the nation’s top heavyweights, while Ivic brings his signature toughness and a determination to make the title his own.

Adding to the excitement is the guarantee of another Australian world champion in boxing when Kaye Scott faces Desley Robinson for the vacant IBF Female World Middleweight Title. This clash is a rematch of their previous Australian title fight, which Scott narrowly won. Scott, a two-time Commonwealth Games medalist, aims to secure her place in history by claiming a world title, while Robinson enters with the fire and determination to avenge her loss and prove she belongs at the very top of the world.

Rounding out the card are rising prospects Ahmed Reda and Mai Soliman, two fighters who continue to make waves in Australian boxing as they look to solidify their reputations as future stars.

“This whole card is stacked,” Rose added.

“These are career defining title fights with everything on the line. You’ve got Kaye Scott and Desley Robinson fighting to be Australia's next world champion, Toese making his comeback in a heavyweight war, and Jazzy Parr stepping up to challenge an absolute legend in Shannon O’Connell. This night will set the stage for an even bigger 2025 for No Limit and Fox Sports and I can’t bloody wait.”

Tickets for No Limit Boxing’s final event of 2024 are now on sale via ticketek.
